Quick Organic Pasta Salad
1 Cup of small organic pasta (cooked) 1 organic Tomato.1organic Cucumber,1/2 organic Green Or Red Pepper,
1 Small organic Onion (chopped Finely )Some Black Olives (depending on your taste.)
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1tbsp apple cider vinegar ,2 pinches of oregano,salt and pepper.
Toss the pasta and the vegetables together,add the olives and pour over the dressing. Serve and enjoy.

Bacon Sweet Potato and Onion Casserole
2 Large Sweet Potatoes Sliced Thinly
2Large Onions Sliced Thinly
8 Rashers of Organic Bacon
2 Organic Eggs
1Cup of Gluten Free Milk
Pinch of Pepper
Small Bunch of Herbs (Parsley.Rosemary)
Method.....
Place Layers into a Greased Casserole Dish in this order Potato Onion and Bacon Top Layer should be Potato
Whisk the eggs add seasoning and herbs .Add the milk.
Pour over the layers .
Bake in Oven till the Top Layer of Potato Browns at 190c (375F) for about
35-45 mins.
Add a tossed salad and you have a easy tasty and economical meal.

2 carrots sliced thickly
1green capsicum seeded and
sliced into 2cm square.
8 small onions halved.
20 small button mushrooms.
I Zuccini cut into 2cm squares.
2 Tomatoes cut into quarters.
2tblspns basil ,parsley.
½ cup of pure honey.
Olive oil.
DIRECTIONS
1. Thread all the vegetables on skewers ,brush well with
honey and oil. Place on barbecue or grill basting
several times and turning till onions are soft.
2. When cooked remove from heat sprinkle generously
with herbs such as basil or parsley and serve with bowl
of steamed rice or salad.
